I am, Elena Georgievna KORDIKOVA, a great-granddaughter of Mr. Feodosiy Emeljanovich YABLONSKIY, 1866b. and Mr. Eumeniy Emeljanovich YABLONSKIY , 1880b., - sons of Yemelyan Aleksandrovich YABLONSKIY, 1836b., grandsons of Alexander Diomidovich YABLONSKIY, 1814b., great-grandsons of Diamid YABLUNOVSKIY, 1779b. (Father Sergiy YABLONSKIY, a priest of his Orthodox St.-Sergiyevskiy Church), - those were subjected to personality's repression and meanly killed,
declare that

the Muslim mosque in Yablonovskiy Village (=Yablonskiy Village) was built up in 2001 on the cross fundament of non-found Orthodox St.-Sergiyevskiy Church and on the legislative ground area of my ancestors, without my asking and consent.

         2. I am, Elena Georgievna KORDIKOVA, a native citizen of Krasnodar city, a great-granddaughter of Mr. Feodosiy Emeljanovich YABLONSKIY, 1866b. and Mr. Eumeniy Emeljanovich YABLONSKIY , 1880b., - sons of Yemelyan Aleksandrovich YABLONSKIY, 1836b., grandsons of Alexander Diomidovich YABLONSKIY, 1814b., great-grandsons of Diamid YABLUNOVSKIY, 1779b. (Father Sergiy YABLONSKIY, a priest of his Orthodox St.-Sergiyevskiy Church), - those were subjected to personality's repression and meanly killed, and on those legislative ground area was built the Muslim mosque in Yablonovskiy Village (=Yablonskiy Village) in 2001, without my asking and consent,

declare that

since September, 13, 2003 I cannot have got a new Russian Passport (Passport of the Russian Federation) and restore my Russian residence on the birth basis as the native citizen of Ekatherinodar-Krasnodar city (Russia) neither in Krasnodar (Krasnodar area) nor Maykop (Adygeya).

I am, Elena Georgievna KORDIKOVA, a native citizen of Krasnodar city, a great-granddaughter of Mr. Feodosiy Emeljanovich YABLONSKIY, 1866b. and Mr. Eumeniy Emeljanovich YABLONSKIY , 1880b., - sons of Yemelyan Aleksandrovich YABLONSKIY, 1836b., grandsons of Alexander Diomidovich YABLONSKIY, 1814b., great-grandsons of Diamid YABLUNOVSKIY, 1779b. (Father Sergiy YABLONSKIY, a priest of his Orthodox St.-Sergiyevskiy Church), - those were subjected to personality's repression and meanly killed, and on those legislative ground area was built the Muslim mosque in Yablonovskiy Village (=Yablonskiy Village) in 2001, without my asking and consent, being the Doctor in geology and palaeontology (February, 2001, Bonn, Germany) and having the definite international status in scientific, social and political world,

declare that

the official date of the USSR collapse - February, 6, 1992 (Russian Federal Emigrational Service statement) is an occasional and false established date,

because My Doctoral Theses were registered by the Higher Certifying Commission of the USSR at the Ministry of the USSR (the Higher Legislative Body of the UdSSR) on May, 8, 1992 (a day before the Victory Day) and are included in all international data bases. It means that the official date of the USSR collapse for the Russian Federal Emigrational Service MUST BE May, 9, 1992.

declare that

since September, 13, 2003 up to now I have been deprived of universal suffrage to take part in Presidential election of the Russian Federation in 2004, 2008 and in 2012 years.

Since September, 13, 2003 up to now I have been deprived of all universal and female suffrages as well as all noble hereditary privileges in Russia

(numerous files of refusal 9year-waiting papers of different authority bodies of the South Federate region and Krasnodar area (Mr.Tkachev, etc.) since 2003/2004 have been available).

         5. Moral and financial compensation to Me, to my daughter and her family waiting in Kazakhstan since September, 13, 2003.
